JOB OBJECTIVE Operate profitable loan center ensuring compliance with all state laws. Provide positive and efficient customer service to all clients. Train and develop Payday Loan Assistant Manager. Accomplish these in a way that is consistent with our mission statement. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Ensure store loan operations, and loan coworkers comply with all applicable state laws, company policies, standards and procedures. Grow outstanding loan balance by delivering superior customer service Review, analyze and verify loan applications. Ensure client collections are performed in a timely manner; maintaining company standard charge off rate at monthâ™s end. Ensure store delinquency is at company standard or better at Saturday close. Ensure all deposits, paperwork and reports are completed accurately and in accordance with company policy. Maintain cash levels sufficient for projected business.
